Our team will work with you to design a layout perfect for your event. Standard set-ups incorporate 6ft. rounds and 8 ft. rectangles, with an inventory of 330 white chairs. A limited number of 6 ft. rectangles, cocktail tables, and grey chairs are available for additional needs. Each ballroom features dividing walls fitting the room to your guest list.
The Graystone Event Center is proud to offer event enhancements. Your company can host a professional event without needing outside vendors, making planning simple and hassle free. Standard linens and spandex covers are available in black or white, while upgraded linens and overlays are available in a full range of colors. Ballroom wall color accommodates no screen projection and additional meeting refreshments may be available. When alcohol will be present, Graystone Event Center requires the group to purchase Host or Retail Liability Insurance with $1 million of coverage. Retail Liability Insurance is required if money is exchanged for alcohol in any form, including cash bar, drink tickets, or cover charge. When no money is exchanged, only Host Liability Insurance is required.
